To explain this picture I'd like to say this is in the future and in my story Twilight Sparkle is killed by a sickness when she is a princess. Later after a deep argument Between Celestia and Luna a large Civil War breaks out in Equestria. The Solar Empire and the Lunar Republic have gone to war and as you can see in the first battles Luna looses her eye. At the old capitol of Equestria Luna's realizing what she has done and Vinyl Scratch as current standing general is reminding Luna she has to lead her people.
